We offer free standard shipping on all JEONG orders to the destinations currently available at checkout. No minimum order value is required.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY

JEONG products are made and fulfilled on demand. Please allow time for your order to be prepared before shipment.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because JEONG products are made on demand, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, except where required by applicable consumer law.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us before returning anything. Items sent back without prior contact may not be accepted.
